GENERAL RULE

When a cancellation occurs and BGFC is the home team, the BGFC home team must submit  Match Update Notice by 10:00 a.m. the day after the scheduled game, stating the reason for the cancellation. Forms submitted after the deadline will result in late game sheet score admin fees, issued starting at 1:00 p.m. which is NOT covered by BGFC or LSA.
team officials cannot make cancellation decisions on thier own and are therefore required to report to their match or risk forfeiture except for the following:
* aqi is 7 or higher at the scheduled check time, 
* the fields are officially closed through the field status lines
